Lynn Family Stadium

Hollenbach Oakley is proud to have been the Project Manager for the master planning of the $65 million Lynn Family Stadium. The district includes 300,000 square feet of office, 50,000 square feet of retail space, as well as multiple hotel sites. Hollenbach Oakley managed the design and entitlement efforts for the stadium, and the infrastructure of the project.

On site work began August of 2018, and today the stadium thrives with regular in-season games and has capacity for over 15,000 fans. Hollenbach Oakley is honored to have played a part in providing Louisville City FC fans a devoted place to call home. When the team first took the field in 2015 the future was unclear, and we are proud to say that future is now bright at the Lynn Family Stadium. There are 25 acres of available land to develop within the Butcher Town District.
