Hollenbach-Oakley Completes Phase I of Blankenbaker Station

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (October 16, 2019) – Hollenbach-Oakley closed on the sale of the final remaining 2.7-acre parcel in Phase I of the Blankenbaker Station Business Park this month. The lot was sold to Buck Creek Explorations LLC.

Blankenbaker Station is a 600-acre Class A business park located in Louisville’s eastern Jefferson County. The suburban multi-use business park offers direct interstate access, an abundance of first-class amenities, and is home to a variety of renowned corporate tenants.

“We are pleased to close out the first phase of the business park,” managing partner John Hollenbach said. “We look forward to contributing to the continued economic development and job growth creation for the eastern Metro Louisville area.”

The closing of this lot solidifies the completion of the business park’s first phase of development, leaving roughly 100 acres of vacant land in Phases II and III for future Class A projects. Some of the premier park’s notable tenants include Xscape Theatre, FBI, Harshaw Trane, Eaton and Farm Credit Mid-America.
