Dustin Coffman Joins Hollenbach Oakley as Director of Commercial Development
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (January 8, 2019) – Hollenbach Oakley is pleased to announce that Dustin Coffman has joined the firm as Director of Commercial Development.
Coffman will be engaged on all projects with a primary focus on the development of a Class A office park in River Ridge Commerce Center, located at the first Indiana interchange across the new Lewis & Clark Bridge.

Prior to joining Hollenbach Oakley, Coffman served as Director of Finance and Marketing for the River Ridge Development Authority, managing their global marketing program, facilitating over 400 acres in land sales, assisting in the development of the park’s infrastructure, and overseeing the authority’s financial functions and obligations. He has also served as a National Sales Manager, Advisor for a local real estate firm, and Vice President of Sales for a development firm.
