Hollenbach Oakley Named Master Developer of River Ridge Commerce Center
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 22, 2018) – Hollenbach Oakley is pleased to announce that the River Ridge Development Authority has selected the firm as master developer of an office park at River Ridge Commerce Center, a 6000-acre development in Jeffersonville, Ind.

The planned office park will be in the gateway section of the River Ridge near the new Lewis and Clark Bridge interchange. Serving as the development’s “front door”, the office park is planned to help attract corporate, academic, civic, and research and development entities. The office park is expected to start at 80 acres with the possibility of expanding to 300 acres.
Hollenbach Oakley is also the developer of Blankenbaker Station Business Park, the Butchertown Stadium District and Oldham Reserve. Prior to forming Hollenbach Oakley, John Hollenbach and Greg Oakley worked together in the development of Eastpoint Business Center and Blankenbaker Crossings.
