La Grange Parkway Dedicated in Oldham Reserve

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 10, 2018) – Hollenbach Oakley and The Hocker Group joined local community leaders and commercial real estate professionals for the dedication of the newly opened La Grange Parkway in La Grange, Ky. The event was held in Oldham Reserve on Tuesday, Oct. 9.

Speakers included David Bizianes, Executive-Director of Oldham Chamber & Economic Development; La Grange Mayor Joe Davenport; Senator Ernie Harris; House Speaker David Osborne; Judge-Executive David Voegele; John Hollenbach, Principal of Hollenbach Oakley; and Talmage Hocker, President of The Hocker Group

The two-mile, four-lane  La Grange Parkway connects the Louie Dampier Bridge and KY 53. The parkway offers convenient full internal access to Oldham Reserve, a 1,000-acre publicly owned property being developed for high-end office, retail, flex and residential uses.
