River Ridge signs deal for 600-acre office, research park
The River Ridge Development Authority, which oversees the sprawling Jeffersonville business park, has signed a master development agreement with Louisville-based development firm Hollenbach Oakley LLC to develop a 600-acre office and research campus in two phases. The agreement is effective Jan. 1.
The first phase of the new office campus — 300 acres — would be designed as the River Ridge Gateway Office Campus, according to a news release, and the second 300 acres would be set aside for the River Ridge Research Campus.
"The location and amenity package presented by River Ridge means we will be able to develop true Class A office facilities and attract top employers." Hollenbach, managing partner of Hollenbach Oakley, said in the release.
