Chris Mitchell

Director of Finance

Chris Mitchell began his journey at Miami University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance in 2016. Chris's career in finance commenced at Bellwether Enterprise, a national commercial mortgage banking company based in Columbus, OH. Over a span of five years, he served as a production analyst before returning to Louisville in 2021 to join the Marian Development Group, a real estate development firm specializing in building affordable housing developments. During his two years as a development associate, Chris played a pivotal role in shaping sustainable and impactful housing projects. As a testament to his commitment to professional growth, Chris is currently on the path to becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. Outside of the office, you can find Chris playing the drums, shooting some hoops, or cheering on the University of Louisville and the Tennessee Titans.
