As Director of Marketing, Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in client-focused marketing and sales strategy. Her expertise includes brand development and management, digital marketing, lead generation, CRM strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution. She is passionate about turning ambitious business goals into measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives and innovative campaigns.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville and spent 16 years with Chevron, where she developed extensive experience in the global energy industry, trade marketing, and thought leadership execution. Her background combines corporate marketing expertise with a results-driven approach focused on relationship building, brand positioning, and business development.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, their children, Molly, and Spencer, and their two dogs.
